For years I have been overweight, mostly since high school. I used to go to the gym and stay active a lot but this past year I just haven't kept with it. Nobody to blame but myself. In 2012 I really took control of my weight and lost over 50 lbs that year. However, 2013 I gained it all back and then some. I am ready to take back control.
How? My main focus in 2014 will be DDP Yoga. I am a huge pro wrestling fan and have heard and seen some great success stories from DDP and others. I have decided to give this a try and see how it goes. I am really looking forward to it.
I previously used P90X and T25 to help me loose weight. I am not sure if I will incorporate those back into the mix as of right now, but I still own them so they are options.
I also have a membership to Planet Fitness they I use, I will continue to go to the gym. I am not going to set any gym goals just yet until I see how DDP Yoga goes.
The point of this blog will be for me to use it as a daily/weekly log for my fitness goals and results.
